Job Title: Glass Installer – Residential & Commercial
Location: Tea, South Dakota
About the Role:
Join our family-owned team as a Glass Installer – Residential & Commercial! You’ll be a key member responsible for the quality and efficient installation of glass products, including windows, storefronts, mirrors, display cases, and shower doors. This role also offers opportunities to grow the business by identifying additional sales for customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install glass, mirrors, and door/window hardware in both replacement and new installations.
- Take accurate field measurements and cut glass or mirrors according to specified dimensions and patterns.
- Sell glass products and services to customers.
- Collect payments or payment information for completed work.
- Maintain company vehicle and equipment in clean, serviced, and working condition.
Qualifications / Skills:
- Willingness to learn and develop on the job (training provided).
- Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship.
- Customer-focused with basic sales skills.
- Reliable and able to work Monday–Friday.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Starts at $25/hour (will train); experienced technicians can earn $30+/hour.
- $5,000 Sign-On Bonus for experienced technicians.
