JOB SUMMARY:

Join Our Team as a Graphic Designer - Corporate Office | Sioux Falls, SD

Furniture Mart USA is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our Creative Marketing team at our Corporate Office in Sioux Falls, SD. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for digital design who wants to grow their skills in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

In this position, you’ll work across multiple brands to create and maintain engaging visuals for our websites and email marketing efforts. You’ll play a key role in ensuring our digital presence stays fresh, consistent, and aligned with our brand identities.

Key Responsibilities

• Website Graphics: Design and update web assets across multiple brand websites, including homepage banners, promotional content, and seasonal updates.
• Email Marketing Support: Create visuals for email campaigns, working with the team to align creative with marketing objectives.
• Brand Consistency: Apply each brand’s unique guidelines to ensure consistency across all digital platforms.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with other designers, content creators, marketers, and web developers to deliver cohesive digital campaigns.
• Ongoing Optimization: Help maintain organized design files, contribute to ongoing content refreshes, and bring new creative ideas to enhance the user experience.
• Design Trends: Stay up-to-date with current digital design trends, tools, and best practices to keep our brands ahead of the curve.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Digital Media, or related field—or equivalent experience.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (especially Photoshop, Illustrator, XD); familiarity with web-based tools like Figma or Canva is a plus.
• Portfolio showcasing website and email-related design work.
• Strong understanding of responsive design and digital user experience principles.
• Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects.
• Clear communication and a collaborative mindset.
• Eagerness to learn and grow in a digital-focused design role.
