POSITION SUMMARY
The Graphics Proof Coordinator is responsible for entering, positioning, and altering graphics supplied by customers or sales team using computers to produce printed materials for the fire apparatus. The Graphics Proof Coordinator will work with customers, vendors, and the sales teams to develop approved graphic layouts for each unit and help drive high quality and profitable option content.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

The scope and duties of a given position may change or be temporarily altered based on the business needs of Rosenbauer.
- Generate proofs in digital or other format to approximate the appearance of the final printed piece.
- Proofread and perform quality control of text and images, including scrub of graphics specifications.
- Enter, store, and retrieve information on computer-aided equipment.
- Coordinates with production on installation of graphics.
- Works with vendors from quoting through the application process to support the sales team.
- Installs graphics and striping, along with sizing and ordering graphics materials.
- Performs other duties and responsibilities as required by management to meet the needs of the organization and our members.
Tools to be utilized:
Tape measure, professional vinyl knives, wrap squeegees, scissors, hand tools, and power tools.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES (KSA’s): The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required to successfully perform the essential functions of the job.
K | Knowledge, Education, and/or Experience: - High school diploma/GED.
- Associates degree or higher in graphic design, or a related field preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in a Graphics Installation role at Rosenbauer or automotive industry preferred.
- Manufacturing experience preferred.

S | Skills: Language: - Able to read and work from blueprints/spec books.
- Able to follow written and verbal directions.
- Able to work professionally with internal customers, external customers, vendors, and business leaders.
Math: - Able to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, fractions, and decimals.
Computer: - Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Suite, PDF, and Illustrator.
