Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day operations of the grocery store, including inventory management, ordering, and merchandising
• Lead and motivate a team of grocery store associates to provide outstanding customer service
• Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and increase profitability
• Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in retail management, preferably in the grocery industry
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to inspire and motivate others
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
