POSITION SUMMARY

Responsible for the overall curb appeal of commercial properties.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Walk property grounds to pick up any trash, cigarette butts to ensure and clean and safe atmosphere.
• Empty all waste containers and supply with liners.
• Spray and pull weeds when necessary.
• Trim bushes and trees when directed.
• Spray out and clean trash areas.
• Report and damages or property issues to manager.
• Light maintenance ability required
• Other duties as assigned

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

No direct supervisory responsibilities.

• Regular and consistent attendance.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

High school diploma or GED.
