Job Description
We are looking for a friendly hotel front desk agent to be responsible for welcoming guests, managing online and phone bookings. You will be responsible for checking guests in and out of the hotel. Help guests with any issues with room keys, answer various questions from guests. Collect payment and make changes for guests. Run various reports on the computer, count and verify cash, shift activity, keys ect. Review service requests for arrivals. Complete in-house bucket check and perform other duties as required. You should be pleasant and professional with guests and other hotel staff. You would be required to provide guests with general information about the hotel and surronding area. The shift needed is 3pm to 11pm with the flexability of some overnight shifts. You will be required to flexible and help out when needed.
