HCSS Administrator
Alliance Construction LLC is searching for an HCSS Expert (HeavyBid/HeavyJob Administrator) to train our growing company. HCSS software is used throughout the construction process from Bidding, scheduling, to streamline estimating, costing, and field operations. They drive profitability by ensuring accurate, real-time data flow between the office and field, and by managing and optimizing software for heavy civil projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- System Administration: Act as the administrator for HCSS software (HeavyBid, HeavyJob, Dispatcher, Safety).
- Data Management: Import budgets from HeavyBid to HeavyJob, track daily field productions, and manage job costs.
- Reporting & Analysis: Generate daily reports, analyze production, and provide feedback to management to improve performance.
- Training & Support: Train internal personnel on software use, troubleshoot issues, and serve as the subject-matter expert.
- Integration: Ensure seamless integration between HCSS software and accounting/ERP systems.
Required Qualifications:
- Experience: 3-10+ years of experience in HCSS software for civil Construction.
- Software Proficiency: Expert-level knowledge of the HCSS suite, particularly Dispatcher, HeavyBid, and HeavyJob.
- Communication: Strong analytical and communication skills for team collaboration.
