Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of adults with disabilities? We are seeking a dedicated Health Services Coordinator to join our Adult Nursing Department. This role combines meaningful direct care with essential administrative support, ensuring our mission and core values are lived out every day through person-centered practices.
Basic responsibilities would include:

Provide daily administrative support to the Adult Nursing Department

Assist with scheduling medical appointments and coordinating communication with healthcare providers

Answer phones and greet visitors with professionalism

Deliver direct care support, including dietary, hygiene, positioning, and transferring assistance
-
Administer medications as needed (training provided)
-
Maintain accurate documentation and timely filing of records
-
Order and distribute medical and office supplies
-
Keep the department clean, safe, and organized
-
Participate in required training, meetings, and emergency response as needed
- Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements
High school diploma or GED required
Must be 18 years of age or older
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (accessible vehicle training/testing may be required)
Prior experience supporting individuals with disabilities or challenging behaviors preferred
Strong communication skills and ability to follow detailed instructions
Technological competence with computers and organizational software
Compassion, patience, and commitment to person-centered care
