Job Description

We are seeking experienced heavy construction equipment operators to safely and efficiently operate a variety of equipment for local contractors on local and regional projects. In addition to properly operating the equipment, you will also be responsible for inspecting, providing preventative maintenance, and occasionally minor repairs.

Operators will be required to 1) abide by all local, state, and federal regulations, as well as all company safety procedures and 2) Commit to the overall safety of the work environment by always taking extra precautions to work with the utmost care and consideration. 

Positions Provide:

  1. Schedule: 7 AM to 4 PM, M-F, frequent overtime is likely
  2. Compensation: $15 to $30+ hr., DOE
  3. Benefits: Yes
Job Requirements
1. Experience: 3+ years of experience working with heavy equipment, i.e. skid steers, telehandlers, wheel loaders, excavators; Commercial Driver’s License, Class A preferred
2. Education: High School diploma or GED
3. Skills: Proficient operation of heavy equipment, ability to inspect / clean / maintain equipment, keen knowledge of safety practices, English written and oral communication
4. Attributes: Keen attention to detail, situation awareness, safety oriented
5. Tests: Skills, background drug screen
