As a High School Academic Advisor, you will play a crucial role in supporting the educational journey of our students and helping them achieve their full potential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide academic guidance and support to high school students, assisting them in setting academic goals and creating action plans to achieve them.
- Monitor student progress and performance, identifying areas of improvement and implementing interventions as needed.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other stakeholders to develop individualized academic plans for students.
- Offer social and emotional support to students, helping them navigate the challenges of high school life.
- Organize and facilitate workshops on study skills, time management, and other academic success strategies.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in education, counseling, or a related field.
- Previous experience working with high school students in an academic setting.
