Job Description
The Holiday Inn Express & Suites Southwest is IMMEDIATELY hiring full and part time Room Attendants.
The hotel is open seven days per week. Schedules will be Monday-Sunday, with rotating days off. You MUST be able to work weekends and holidays.
Hours are 830am durning the week and 9am on the weekends, and work until finished.
We want our employees to ensure quality and cleanliness standards are met, while delivering a guest experience that is unique and brings the Holiday Inn brand to life.
Job duties and responsibilities include:
- Clean Guest rooms to the Holiday Inn Express Standards
- Acknowledge all guests using the 5/10 rule
- Deep clean areas as directed by supervisor
- Transport trash and waste to disposal area
- Provide security for guests
- Assist guests if they have any questions
- Any other duties that you may be assigned
