Job Description

Job Summary:  Performs a variety of housekeeping duties, ensuring all Stan’s properties are maintained and cared for, cleaned and inspected, assisting other members of the Facilities and Maintenance team with projects or tasks.

The Housekeeping Team Member will be part of an existing team that is responsible for maintaining grounds, building, and properties.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Routine daily, weekly and monthly cleaning of company facilities and properties.
  • Operates equipment such as commercial floor cleaners, vacuums and various company vehicles.
  • Maintain a safe, clean working environment.
  • And any other duties assigned.

Position Qualifications:

  • Self-motivated, strong team player who possesses excellent communication, leadership, initiative and decision making skills and the ability to work well with fellow team members.
  • Working conditions are consistent with normal housekeeping situations.  Daily exposure to moisture, heat, noise, dust, etc.
  • Ability to lift 75 pounds, standing, walking and bending.
  • Must be able to climb ladders and stand for longer than normal periods of time.
  • Must possess valid driver’s license.
