Job Description
Responsible for coordinating a variety of tasks to support daily functions in human resources and assist with other duties as needed
Support managers with
Maintaining an environment that prioritizes collaboration, respect, well-being, and growth, leading to higher employee engagement, productivity, and retention
Performance improvement opportunities and/or discipline for performance or behavior concerns
Employee relations, complaints and investigations
Supports payroll administration, includes collecting and managing timesheet software to ensure accurate and compliant payroll
Compliance with laws, regulations and reporting requirements
FMLA administration
Workers’ Compensation and work-related injuries and company safety compliance
401(k) administration
Drug & Alcohol program management
Annual benefit/insurance renewal process and open enrollment
Performance review and salary increase process
Collaborate with hiring managers to create and post open positions, setting up interviews, offer letters, pre-employment testing, onboarding, etc.
Annual audits and required reporting (401k, EEO-1, OSHA, CMS, 5500’s, ACA etc.)
Experienced in leading, developing, defining and implementing HR policies and procedures
Effective communicator and relationship builder
Must be organized, attentive to detail, persistent and demonstrate the ability to follow through on projects to completion
Capable of handling multiple assignments and meeting deadlines
Understanding of the sensitive and confidential information that is shared and the ability to maintain confidentiality
Perform all other duties as required
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in human resources management, Business, or a related field preferred
Human Resources experience required
Strong knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and best practices
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail
Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite
Demonstrated leadership and problem-solving abilities
