Job Description
We’re looking for a dynamic and proactive HR & Operations Coordinator to join our growing team. This part-time role is ideal for someone who enjoys a mix of administrative work, entry-level HR support, light marketing coordination, and tech tools. You’ll be a foundational team member helping keep our operations smooth and clients supported with a ton of flexibility.
This is a hybrid role: remote most of the time, but we’re looking for someone located in or near Sioux Falls, SD (within 1-hour drive) for occasional in-person meetings or support.
Key Responsibilities
Administrative & Operational Support
- Manage internal calendars, meeting scheduling, and follow-ups
- Organize shared files and templates in Google Drive
- Support invoicing in QuickBooks
- Maintain project tasks and timelines
- Assist in preparing documents for client meetings and proposals
HR Project Support
- Help coordinate logistics for HR consulting projects and coaching sessions
- Draft or format HR materials such as onboarding guides, templates, and surveys
- Conduct light research or benchmarking for client deliverables
- Support client check-ins and follow-up tracking as needed
Marketing & Communications
- Assist with email newsletters and social posts
- Organize contact lists or basic client relationship management data
- Help maintain or update website content and bios (no coding required)
Flex Projects & Special Initiatives
- Assist in improving internal systems or automation processes
- Help evaluate and onboard new software tools
- Occasionally participate in brainstorming sessions for new services or programs
What You Bring
- Located in or near Sioux Falls, SD (within 1-hour drive)
- Prior experience (1+ years) in administrative, HR support, or client service role
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Tech-comfortable (you don’t need to know everything, but you’re not afraid to learn)
- Professional communication style with both internal and client stakeholders
- Curious, adaptable, and excited about working in a mission-driven, entrepreneurial environment

- Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive, Calendar)
- QuickBooks (Invoicing & reports)
- ClickUp (Project tracking)
- Mailchimp (Newsletters & audience segments)
- Canva (Optional – for simple designs/social posts)

As our team expands, this role has the potential to grow into increased client-facing responsibilities or evolve toward a consulting track for someone with an interest in HR project work or coaching support. We are invested in mentoring and developing long-term team members.
