HR & Reporting Specialist

Glass Doctor of Sioux Falls is growing, and we’re looking for a detail-oriented, organized, and people-focused HR & Reporting Specialist to support our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, managing processes, and keeping operations running smoothly behind the scenes.

Key Responsibilities
Human Resources
- Assist with recruiting, posting job ads, screening applicants, and scheduling interviews
- Manage new-hire onboarding, paperwork, and orientation
- Maintain employee files and ensure compliance with company policies and audit readiness requirements
- Track attendance, PTO, and employee records
- Support management with employee communication and documentation
- Coordinate training schedules and maintain training records
- Assist leadership with workforce planning and employee relations
Reporting & Administrative Support
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports
- Track KPIs, technician productivity, and operational metrics
- Maintain accurate data in company systems
- Support office operations with general administrative tasks
- Listening to calls and help coach staff
- Provide reporting insights to help improve efficiency and performance
Qualifications
- Experience in HR, office administration, or reporting preferred
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong understanding of HR compliance & employment laws
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and basic reporting skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism
- Organized, dependable, and comfortable working independently
- Friendly, positive attitude and willingness to support the team
- Experience in a small to mid-size business environment preferred
