Job Summary

The Human Resource Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating a variety of tasks to support the daily operations of the Human Resources Department and assist with other duties as needed. Main Duties & Responsibilities

  • Coordinate all recruitment efforts including job fairs, job ads and vetting resumes
  • Prepare documents such as offer letters, company announcements, benefit updates, monthly newsletter, etc.
  • Facilitate the onboarding process
  • Maintain employee files to ensure up to date & accurate employee data
  • Support all employees in various HR-related topics and resolve any issues that may arise
  • Maintain company handbook and all other formal HR policies
  • Plan and coordinate all employee relation events and other training courses
  • Assist and backup the payroll process
  • Oversee annual performance reviews

Other Duties and Responsibilities

  • Maintain a close and collaborative relationship with management throughout the company
  • Book travel accommodations (as needed)
  • Ordering of company clothing
  • Provide back up for executive assistant (as needed)
  • Assist accounting & finance with other tasks (as needed)

Desired Skills

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business or equivalent HR experience is preferred
  • SHRM certification is a plus
  • Proficient in handling confidential business matters and information
  • Ability to work independently and a desire to make an impact
  • Strong organizational, verbal, and written communication skills and the ability to multitask
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite
