The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) serves as a strategic advisor and operational leader, supporting managers and employees through the full lifecycle of the employee experience. This role balances high-level people strategy with hands-on execution, ensuring HR programs are scalable, compliant, and aligned with business priorities.


The HRBP will lead employee relations, performance processes, learning and development initiatives, engagement efforts, and key people programs while coordinating tactical HR activities that support day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and relationship-driven, with the ability to manage complexity while delivering practical solutions.

Job Responsibilities & Essential Functions
· Serve as a trusted advisor to managers and leaders on employee relations, performance management, coaching, and workplace concerns
· Support consistent application of employment policies, discipline, and corrective action practices
· Coordinate and oversee leave management processes, including FMLA, ensuring compliance and clear communication
· Own administration and strategic roadmap of the Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring training aligns with business and compliance needs
· Partner with leadership to design, coordinate, and execute employee and manager training programs
· Lead and manage annual and mid-year performance review cycles, including planning, execution, communication, and tracking
· Coordinate employee experience and engagement surveys, including administration, communication, and support of action planning
· Develop and execute engagement calendars and recognition initiatives that reinforce company values
· Facilitate internal forums, manager/supervisor sessions, and culture-driven programming
· Maintain and update the Employee Handbook and related HR policies to ensure accuracy and compliance
· Manage employment verification processes and required HR documentation
· Support and facilitate new team member orientation and organizational onboarding initiatives
· Plan and execute employee-focused programs including volunteer initiatives, anniversaries, and engagement events
· Coordinate cross-functional programs, internal committees, and external partnerships that support employer brand and culture
· Provide operational support across the employee lifecycle including onboarding, offboarding, benefits onboarding, and payroll backup coverage
· Coordinate internal programs, recognition efforts, communications, and recurring HR initiatives
· Support administrative and logistical elements of HR programs to ensure smooth execution

Job Requirements & Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required
· 3–6+ years of progressive HR experience, with exposure to employee relations, performance management, and HR programs
· Working knowledge of employment laws, HR best practices, and people operations
· Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and partner effectively at all levels of the organization
· Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Ability to work independently while collaborating cross-functionally
· Critical thinking and problem-solving skills with a practical, solutions-focused approach
· High level of discretion, professionalism, and integrity

Compensation and Benefits
Silencer Central offers a competitive total compensation package that includes:
· Salary: $90,000 - $110,000 DOE.
