  • Be key in expanding, implementing and promoting our talent brand of “Start Stay Grow” when you are leading full cycle applicant sourcing, recruiting, interviewing, hiring, onboarding, program staffing, and serving current employees.
  • Support functions related to positive employee relations, compensation, benefits, policy and employment law
  • Enjoy a four-day condensed work week in the summer! Occasional travel for recruiting is required.

Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree required with preference of human resources, business or related degree
  • HR certification preferred through the Society of Human Resources Management or Human Resource Certification Institute; certification within 3 years of employment and must be maintained.
  • One-year minimum human resources experience preferred
  • Working knowledge of State and Federal employment laws preferred
  • Professional written and oral communication skills
  • Attention to detail and quality of processes and work product
  • Ability to:
    • handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
    • create and maintain strong working relationships internally and in the community
    • work independently and collaborate well
    • use change management principles
  • Demonstrates professional boundaries, confidentiality, and discretion
  • Leverages creativity in problem solving and employment sourcing program design
  • Understanding of benefit plan design and compensation practices preferred
  • Strong working experience in the Microsoft Office suite, Google platform, and ability to learn and use work related software
