4 locations (SD and IA)

Responsibilities:
- Collaborates with senior leadership to understand the organization’s goals and strategy related to staffing, recruiting, and retention.
- Plans, leads, develops, coordinates, and implements policies, processes, training, and surveys to support the organization’s human resource compliance and strategy needs.
- Sets organizational strategy for all human resource programs including, but not limited to, compensation, benefits and leave; disciplinary matters; disputes and investigations; performance management; and employee training and development.
- Ensures operational execution of a competitive benefits offering for the organization. Owns the broker relationship and ensures the company is proactively managing costs.
- Oversees the full recruitment lifecycle, including job posting, conducting candidate screenings, facilitating candidate interviews with hiring team, and onboarding new hires ensuring they are being trained in accordance with the company’s compliance and employment policies.
- Promote a positive and open work environment where employees feel comfortable speaking up about issues.
- Monitors and ensures the organization’s compliance with relevant labor laws, regulations, and company policies, modifying policies and procedures to maintain compliance.
- Stay updated on HR best practices and industry trends.
