About the Role
As the person leading the Human Resource function, you will serve as a trusted partner to both management and staff across the dairy and plant facilities. You will be the go-to resource for everything connected to the employee experience, from the first day of hire through long-term career growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee recruiting, hiring, and onboarding to attract dependable talent for farm, production, and administrative positions.
- Develop and maintain Human Resource policies and procedures that keep Red Rock Dairy compliant with applicable employment laws.
- Manage employee relations, serving as a fair and approachable point of contact for questions and concerns.
- Administer payroll coordination, recordkeeping, and benefits enrollment in partnership with leadership.
- Lead training and development initiatives that help team members grow their skills safely and confidently.
- Support workplace safety programs appropriate to an agricultural and dairy environment.
- Maintain accurate and confidential personnel records within the Human Resource information systems.
- Advise supervisors on performance management, coaching, and conflict resolution.
- Promote communication across departments so employees stay informed and engaged.

- Working knowledge of employment regulations and best practices in the Human Resource field.
- Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational ability and attention to detail when handling sensitive information.
- Proficiency with HR software, spreadsheets, and standard office tools.
- A collaborative spirit and a commitment to treating every team member with respect.
- Spanish speaking is preferred but not required.
