You'll be crucial in ensuring our HR functions run seamlessly behind the scenes, directly impacting our team's success.

 

What You'll Do:

 

  • Manage post-offer, pre-hire background screens and candidate processing.
  • Conduct New Hire Orientation and administer all new hire paperwork, including I-9 process and COBRA Rights Notice confirmation.
  • Verify and process all employment-related paperwork (new hires, transfers, terminations, salary increases, etc.).
  • Reconcile insurance billing statements, distribute insurance documentation, and support the Open Enrollment process.
  • Maintain accurate employee files, establish personnel and benefit files for new employees, and manage file destruction in accordance with SONIFI Retention policies.
  • Complete Verification of Employment requests.
  • Maintain Organizational Charts, prepare reports, and create employee communication.
  • Assist in the planning, coordinating, and hosting of employee events.
  • Provide support for various HR projects, goals, and initiatives.
  • Deliver administrative support, including department faxing, filing, shredding, recording HR budget and credit card expenses, maintaining supplies, and coordinating employee discount tickets.

Job Requirements
- High school diploma with two years of related degree or equivalent, plus two years of related Human Resources experience, or a combination of education and experience. We value diverse paths to expertise.

- Strong experience with Microsoft Excel

- Prior computer experience, including human resources software, word processing, and spreadsheet applications (Dayforce, Microsoft Word, and Excel applications preferred).

- Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills, excellent organizational abilities, and meticulous attention to detail.

- Ability to exercise discretion and maintain strict confidentiality.
