In this highly visible role, you'll serve as the driving force behind the technology ecosystem that supports Human Resources and Training. You'll lead the administration, optimization, integration, and strategic advancement of the systems that help employees learn, grow, and succeed.

Key Areas of Impact

Lead and Optimize HR Technology Systems

  • Oversee HRIS, LMS, talent management, payroll, timekeeping, benefits, and related HR applications
  • Manage system configurations, updates, integrations, APIs, reporting, workflows, and automation
  • Ensure data integrity, security, compliance, and system performance

Champion User Experience and Adoption

  • Serve as the HR technology subject matter expert
  • Provide training, support, and guidance to leaders and employees
  • Lead change management efforts and communicate system updates and enhancements

Shape the Future of HR Technology 

  • Partner with leadership to align technology solutions with organizational goals
  • Research, evaluate, and recommend innovative HR technology solutions
  • Maintain and advance the HR technology roadmap

Collaborate Across the Organization

  • Work closely with HR, IT, Training, vendors, and business leaders
  • Translate business needs into effective technology solutions
  • Deliver meaningful analytics and insights that support organizational decision-making

Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in information technology or a related field. Relevant experience in lieu of a degree may be considered.
Experience utilizing, configuring, and supporting UKG Pro is preferred.
Working knowledge administering and optimizing HCM systems, APIs, and data integrations, with strong knowledge of HR processes, data security, and privacy standards. Skilled in analysis, problem-solving, communication, cross-functional collaboration, and adapting to emerging technologies.
