Pay Range: $20–$30 per hour (higher pay available for highly experienced candidates)

What You’ll Do:
- Lead and perform HVAC installations in residential, new construction, and light commercial projects
- Work on projects throughout the Sioux Falls area
- Ensure jobs are completed efficiently, safely, and to high quality standards
- Collaborate with team members or work independently as needed
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in HVAC installation (Foreman or lead experience preferred)
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work overhead and on ladders
- Valid driver’s license
- Dependable, team-oriented, and self-motivated
