Job Description

Aladdin Transportation Services is a trucking compliance and licensing agency that supports motor carriers nationwide. Our work is detail-driven and deadline-focused, and we rely heavily on accurate digital records and online systems.

We are seeking an IFTA Compliance Specialist to join our in-office team. This role does not require a degree or prior IFTA experience. It is best suited for someone who works comfortably in a computer-based office environment and takes pride in accuracy and consistency.


Position Overview

The IFTA Compliance Specialist supports quarterly fuel-tax reporting by reviewing and entering mileage and fuel data into multiple systems. Most of the work is performed using PDFs, spreadsheets, internal databases, and online portals.

Success in this role depends on the ability to move efficiently between systems, follow established processes, and maintain a high level of accuracy throughout repetitive tasks.


Key Responsibilities

Data Entry & Compliance Support

  • Enter data from paper documents and PDF files into internal systems, Google Docs, Excel spreadsheets, and vendor portals

  • Review fuel receipts and mileage reports for completeness and accuracy

  • Identify missing or inconsistent information and document issues clearly

  • Organize and maintain digital and physical files

  • Update internal tracking logs and reporting checklists

General Office Duties

  • Answer incoming phone calls and route them appropriately

  • Greet and assist visitors

  • Complete general clerical and administrative tasks as needed

  • Support additional office projects when assigned

  • Take on additional office-related duties as assigned.


What We’re Looking For

  • Experience working in an office environment that uses computers as a primary tool

  • Confidence navigating between multiple screens, files, and systems throughout the day

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy on routine tasks

  • Organized, dependable, and comfortable following established workflows

  • Clear written and verbal communication skills

  • Willingness to learn trucking compliance processes and internal systems

  • A steady, team-oriented work ethic


Training

  • Full training provided for IFTA reporting and internal systems

  • Prior trucking or compliance experience is not required


Schedule

  • Monday through Friday

  • 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

  • No nights or weekends


Compensation & Benefits

  • Starting wage: $17.00 per hour
