Position Overview: As an IFTA Compliance Specialist, you will play a crucial role in our operations by ensuring accurate data entry and maintaining efficient office processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Data Entry Operations:
- Accurately transfer information from paper and PDF formats into our database systems, Google Docs, Excel spreadsheets, and vendor websites.
- Review and validate fuel receipts and mileage reports for accuracy.
- Identify and correct any deficiencies or errors in data entries.
- Organize and maintain data and files effectively.
- Update tracking and filing systems regularly.
General Office Operations:
- Answer general phone lines and direct calls appropriately.
- Greet and assist visitors as they arrive.
- Perform general clerical tasks as needed.
- Take on additional office-related duties as assigned.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Work Schedule:
- Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM
Compensation:
- Starting wage: $17 per hour
