$600 Sign-On Bonus Available!
HOURS: Full-time, 40hours, Monday- Friday. 8:00am to 5:00pm
SALARY: Dependent on experience and qualifications.

RESPONSIBILITIES: This position will work with the Immigration Team to assist clients with their immigration processes. The Immigration Specialist will meet with clients to determine their eligibility for various applications and advise them on appropriate strategies for the optimal resolution of their cases. The Immigration Specialist will be responsible for cases such as adjustment of status applications, asylum applications, work permits, family petitions, visa applications, affidavits of support, replacement documents and affidavits of relationship. The successful candidate will be responsible to maintain all legal applications, records and required documentation per agency policy and consistent with ethical legal representation. Additionally, Immigration Specialist must maintain up-to-date knowledge of immigration law and policies via in person trainings, publications and/or webinars. The successful candidate should be hard-working, organized, detail oriented, and enjoy working with people.
Required Education, License/Certification, or Work Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in law or related field preferred, plus one to two years’ related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Knowledge of immigration law is preferred.
- Must be at least 21 years of age, is required.
- Must successfully complete all agency background checks, is required.
- Requires valid driver’s license and ability to obtain approved driver status, is required.
- BIA accreditation and/or a willingness to work towards accreditation.
- Bilingual applicants preferred.
- Must be a US Citizen or Lawful permanent resident.
