Job Description
• Apply primers, paints and other coatings using spray guns, brushes, or rollers
• Operate and maintain painting equipment
• Mixes paints and other solutions and monitors drying to ensure desired results
• Mix and match paint to specified color and consistency
• Inspect painted surfaces for uniformity, coverage, and finish quality
• Perform touch-ups or corrections as needed
• Ability to lift/push/pull up to 50 pounds or more
• Must be able to climb ladders and wear a full-face respirator
• Attention to detail and quality is necessity; TRAIL-EZE focuses on preventing defects and imperfections from ever reaching the customer
• Must have strong decision-making skills and a high level of self-motivation
• Requires a high school diploma.
• Typically requires 3-5 years of related experience, but open to training select individuals.
