As an Industrial Sales Representative at Direct Design & Fabrication, you’ll be at the forefront of new business development and account management. What We're Looking for in a Candidate
Bachelor’s degree in business, sales, or a related field preferred.
Proven track record in B2B or industrial sales, ideally in IT, automation, or related technical services.
Strong communication skills—both written and interpersonal—across all client interactions.
Ability to manage multiple opportunities in the sales pipeline with accuracy and discipline.
Skilled in uncovering client needs and matching them to solutions that create real value.
Organized, self-driven, and comfortable balancing new business with account management.
A team player who collaborates with technical and administrative staff to deliver client success.
Key Responsibilities
New Business Development (38%)
Pursue opportunities and acquire new IT management contracts with clients who fit our model. Execute the full sales process—introduction, qualification, education, and resolution—while leveraging resources for discovery, scoping, and issue resolution. Document all leads and manage a robust pipeline, while identifying ways to expand services with existing clients.
Administrative Account Service (32%)
Build and maintain strong client relationships through timely, clear, and accurate communication. Resolve customer needs and inquiries directly or with team support. Prepare and deliver reports and materials that keep clients engaged and confident in our services.
Client Agreement Renewal & Management (20%)
Track and maintain all client agreements, statuses, and renewal dates. Plan, schedule, and conduct renewal meetings with thorough preparation, and complete all follow-ups to ensure smooth renewals and long-term client retention.
Brand Awareness & Promotion (10%)
Promote Direct Design & Fabrication, our services, and our value proposition at every opportunity. Advocate for our culture and deliver consistent, accurate messaging that strengthens our presence in the market.

Consistent achievement of new client acquisition goals.
Accuracy and timeliness in tracking, reporting, and forecasting sales pipeline.
Client satisfaction and issue resolution response times.
Renewal rates and long-term retention of client agreements.
