This is a hands-on, year-round position where the work changes throughout the year. You'll work with a great team, learn new skills, solve problems and have the opportunity to earn $75,000–$100,000 annually, including $20,000+ in bonuses and overtime.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
The work changes throughout the year. Depending on the season and project, you'll:
- Install and sew tarps over grain piles and facilities
- Climb grain piles and work safely around grain and equipment
- Help direct crew members
- Perform millwright, mechanical and new construction work
- Work with sugar beet operations
- Troubleshoot problems and help find solutions on the jobsite
- Travel to customer locations throughout the region
When you're not traveling, you'll work out of our facility in Brandon, SD.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
We're looking for someone who is:
- Hard-working and dependable

- Safety-conscious
- Comfortable with physically demanding, hands-on work
- Willing to travel approximately 80 nights per year and work overtime when needed
- A safe driver with a clean driving record over the past 5 years
- Able to communicate effectively in English regarding safety procedures, work instructions and company policies
Experience in agriculture, grain handling, construction, millwright work, welding, heavy equipment, industrial maintenance or mechanical work is a plus.
However, experience isn't everything. We're willing to train someone with the right work ethic, mechanical aptitude, attitude and willingness to learn.
THE REALITY OF THE JOB
This is physically demanding work. You'll work outdoors, climb grain piles, work at heights, lift and move materials and spend time around equipment and active jobsites.
Travel is a regular part of the job, with approximately 80 nights away from home each year. Travel and drive time are paid, and travel expenses are covered.
