You’ll have success here if you value clear processes and feel qualified to do the following things:

    • Ticketing & Support: Use our ticketing system to track and resolve support requests, help with basic troubleshooting, and assist with setting up new devices.
    • System Monitoring: Keep an eye on servers, networks, and key systems to ensure they’re running smoothly.
    • Client Setup: Help gather required information and assist with preparing new client environments.
    • Documentation: Keep our IT notes, checklists, and how-to guides organized and up to date.
    • Project Support: Assist with ongoing projects, help research solutions, and document steps so tasks can be handed off confidently.
    • Collaboration & Training: Work with other teams on process improvements, help train users, and support security best practices.
    • Special Projects: Participate in company Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS) Rocks and other priority initiatives.
    • Updates & Maintenance: Support routine updates and help maintain system settings and equipment.
    • General Support: Take on additional tasks as needed and assist with purchasing, planning, and implementing IT solutions.

Job Requirements
Minimum Requirements:

- Minimum 2-year experience in customer service and/or IT support, or related field.
- Successful completion of a background check.
