Position Overview
The Inside Sales Intern will support the Inside Sales team by assisting with daily sales activities, customer interactions, and special projects. This internship offers hands-on experience working directly with customers and distribution partners while supporting full-time staff with quoting, order processing, and sales-related projects. The intern will gain valuable exposure to sales operations in a structured, professional environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Support Inside Sales and Outside Sales teams with daily activities related to distributors and customers
- Assist with generating quotations and preparing sales documentation under supervision
- Help manage and expedite samples and customer orders
- Assist with processing product returns and supporting stock rotation analysis
- Maintain accurate records within sales and internal systems
- Participate in sales-related projects and process improvement initiatives
- Perform other related duties as assigned to support the Inside Sales team
What We’re Looking For
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a business, sales, marketing, or related program
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple tasks
- Interest in sales, customer service, and relationship management
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; CRM or ERP experience is a plus but not required
- Willingness to learn and collaborate in a team environment
