Hartford, SD | Full-Time | $100K+ (Base + Commission)

What You’ll Be Doing:
Following up with homeowners who’ve received estimates from our sales team or service techs.
Helping them feel confident in their decision to move forward with their project.
Saving at-risk jobs by offering clear answers, empathy, and trustworthy solutions.
Turning follow-ups into booked jobs while supporting our overall inside sales goals.
Keeping accurate records and working alongside our Customer Care, Production, and Service teams to keep everything running smoothly.
What You Bring to the Table:
At least 1 year of customer service or sales experience preferred
Strong communication, active listening, and problem-solving skills
Comfort using computer systems and sales tools
A positive attitude, reliable work ethic, and a team-first mindset
High school diploma or GED preferred
