*APPLICANT MUST BE A CURRENT PART-TIME OR FULL-TIME STUDENT (MINIMUM OF 6 CREDIT HOURS) IN UPCOMING SEMESTER OR IN THE IMMEDIATELY PRECEDING SEMESTER. As the Revenue Audit Analyst Intern, you won't just be an observer, you'll be working hands-on and actively contribute to projects.
What You'll Do - Support audit projects and fieldwork
- Analyze data to improve audit selection and performance
- Assist with division process improvements and documentation
What We're Looking For - Curiosity and willingness to learn
- Strong communication skills in-person and electronically
- Comfort working with data or learning new software
- Ability to collaborate

Preferred applicants will have experience or completed coursework in finance, business, mathematics, statistics, data science, economics, or another related field.
Qualifications: Applicant must be enrolled as a part-time/full-time student at a college, university, or technical institute at the time they apply. By the start of the internship, the student should have completed one year (nine months) of their chosen program.
All students are encouraged to apply, but preference may be given to applicants with a standing of junior/senior, South Dakota residents, and students of South Dakota institutions.
