Inventory Manager

THE ROLE YOU WILL PLAY:
- Reports to the Director of Inventory.
- 4-6 Direct Reports.
- Lead and coordinate production planning, inventory control, and warehouse functions.
- Develop and implement strategic inventory and operational process improvements.
- Supervise, evaluate, and support departmental personnel, including staffing, training, and performance reviews.
- Monitor and enforce safety, quality, cost, and delivery standards across departments.
- Track and analyze key performance metrics (e.g., inventory turns, production efficiency).
Job Requirements
BACKGROUND PROFILE
• 5+ years in manufacturing
• 3–5 years supervisory experience preferred.
• 2-year degree preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and dependable.
