Windy Ridge Veterinary Clinic is a growing mixed animal veterinary clinic located in Pipestone, MN. Our Veterinary team is made up of four mixed animal veterinarians and one small animal veterinarian. Advanced reproduction techniques in genetically superior animals are a major focus of our business. We are dedicated to going above and beyond providing excellent service and quality to our customers.
Position:
-Full-time IVF Technician/Embryologist/Customer Service to add to our team
Job Description:
-Work with an established IVF team at the clinic and off-site locations, embryo collection, ovum pickup, and embryo transfers
-Customer service/Front desk- communicating with customers to meet their needs, resolving conflict, answering phones, scheduling appointments
Required Skills/Qualifications:
-Great attention to detail
-Comfortable working alongside cows
-Basic Microscope/Lab skills are an advantage, but training is available
-Able to stand for several hours
-Positive attitude, willingness to learn new skills
-Strong communication skills
-Comfortable handling dogs and cats when checking in patients for boarding/grooming/appointments
-Computer competency- familiarity with Cornerstone a plus but not required
