A Note About This Role (Important)
This is a new position, which means you won’t be walking into a perfectly scripted system.
Early on, the role may feel heavier on coordination and administrative execution.
But the right person will quickly begin shaping the systems, building consistency, and bringing stronger operational control into the company.
If you like structure and love creating it — you’ll thrive here.

Fewer last-minute reschedules and emergencies
Accurate job documentation and clean handoffs
Smooth communication between customers, estimators, and crews

A strong communicator (written and verbal)
Structured and disciplined

Decisive but respectful
Detail-oriented without losing big-picture awareness
Comfortable using technology, CRMs, and digital systems
Aligned with accountability, teamwork, and excellence
You don’t ignore small errors — you fix them early.
You don’t allow standards to drift — you reinforce them.
You don’t wait for direction — you take ownership.
Experience in construction, scheduling, operations, or customer service is preferred.
CRM experience is a plus.

That means:
Clear expectations and defined authority
Hands-on training and real skill development
