Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement individualized education plans for students with special needs
  • Collaborate with general education teachers and support staff to create inclusive learning environments
  • Provide direct instruction and support to students with various learning challenges
  • Monitor student progress and adjust teaching strategies as needed
  • Communicate effectively with parents and caregivers to ensure a holistic approach to student development

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Special Education or related field
  • Valid state teaching license in Special Education
  • Experience working with K-8 students with diverse learning needs
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Passion for serving the needs of students with disabilities
