Pay range: $79,006 - $118,510/yr *Rate offered will reflect applicable experience.

Windom Area Health is seeking a qualified professional to provide leadership and direction for the overall operations of the laboratory. This role is responsible for supervising staff in all aspects of technical performance, laboratory operations, and customer service. Candidates must be graduates of an NAACLS-accredited School of Laboratory Science, with a bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred, and hold certification through the American Society for Clinical Pathology or an equivalent registry. The successful candidate will ensure ongoing compliance with CLIA regulations to maintain CMS accreditation. This is a full-time exempt position requiring flexibility to work varied hours.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an NAACLS accredited School of Laboratory Science - Bachelor's degree preferred
• Certification as a Medical Technologist or Clinical Laboratory Scientist
• 3-5+ years of experience in a clinical laboratory setting
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
