We are seeking a skilled and reliable Laser Screed Operator to join our concrete crew. This position plays a key role in ensuring precise, level concrete placement on a variety of job sites. If you have experience in concrete work and take pride in precise, high quality work this would be a great fit for you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate laser-guided screed equipment for concrete placement
• Set up, calibrate, and maintain laser screed machines
• Assist with site prep and layout for pours
• Work alongside the concrete crew to ensure proper depth, pitch, and finish
• Communicate with supervisors and team members to ensure efficient workflow

• Support general concrete labor tasks as needed

Qualifications:

• Experience operating laser screed equipment
• Strong understanding of concrete placement and flatwork best practices
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to read grades, blueprints, and use leveling instruments
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality
