What's the "buzz" at Busy Bee Cleaning Service? We're currently seeking a dependable, motivated Lead Bilingual Cleaning Technician (English / Spanish) at our Rapid City, SD location.
This role requires some real leadership experience. Where you were responsible for people, performance, and results. If you’ve led a team, held standards, and helped others improve, you’ll fit right in.
You’ll also play a key role in training and developing our cleaning technicians - setting the pace, reinforcing expectations, and making sure the work gets done right.
DAYS or EVENINGS
Up to full-time hours if you want them.
No experience required — we’re happy to train the right candidate!
(Background check and valid driver’s license are required for employment.)

Pay Range: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
(Based on experience, with a performance review and opportunity for a raise after 90 days)
