Lead Cleaning Technician

Busy Bee Cleaning Service is looking for a dependable, motivated Lead Cleaning Technician to join our Sioux Falls team!

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in doing things right, and has a natural ability to lead by example.

As a Lead Cleaning Technician, you'll help guide our team while providing high-quality janitorial and residential cleaning services. We're looking for someone who can take initiative, pay attention to the details, and help ensure our customers receive the excellent service they expect from Busy Bee.

Previous team lead or supervisory experience is preferred, but you don't need to know everything about the cleaning industry. We'll provide the training and support you need to succeed.

Position Details

Schedule: Full-time, daytime hours

Pay: $17.00 – $20.00 per hour, based on experience, with a performance review and opportunity for a raise after 90 days.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license
• Ability to pass a background check
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred
