PRIMARY PURPOSE/FUNCTION OF POSITION:
Assist the Residential Supervisor in ensuring quality of services to people supported.
REPORTS TO: Residential Supervisor
POSITION SUPERVISES: NA
1. Individual Services
A. Track, document, schedule and transport individuals to medical appointments.
B. Ensure medical needs are reported and documented
C. Complete med cart checks ensuring all meds are current
D. Assist in following NSLP guidelines
2. Documentation and Communication
A. Ensure Data is documented daily
B. Submit monthly reports, not limited to:
1. Approved Contacts
3. Supply orders
4. Fire/Severe Weather
5. Department of Transportation Reporting
6. National School Lunch Program
7. Maintenance Report
A. Maintain a high standard of cleanliness in facility and report all maintenance issues.
B. Maintain safe working conditions.
C. Ensure vehicle safety and maintenance
A. Provide safety-sensitive transportation services as needed
B. Responsible for other duties as assigned.
HOURS: Full time position available, requiring flexible schedule, with 8 hours non-contact scheduled weekly.
EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION: Bachelors degree preferred, with 6 months of residential experience or anequivalent combination of education and experience. Excellent communication skills, time management are necessary. Requires consistent exercise of discretion and judgment in the performance of duties. Valid driver’s license required.
