As our next Maintenance Technician, you’ll play a key role in creating a safe, comfortable, and welcoming environment for guests and team members. You’ll take pride in keeping the property in top condition, supporting both preventative and day-to-day maintenance with care and efficiency.
What You’ll Do
• Lead with Empathy: Respond quickly and kindly to maintenance requests, ensuring guests and teammates feel heard and supported.
• Take Care of People: Maintain systems and equipment to keep every area safe, functional, and welcoming.
• Include Others: Partner with all departments to ensure communication is clear and maintenance needs are handled promptly.

What We’re Looking For
• Previous maintenance or engineering experience in hospitality preferred.
• Strong understanding of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and general maintenance systems.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. and perform physically active work.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
