We are hiring a Leasing Agent whose primary mission is to show apartments and secure leases to help the company meet occupancy goals. This is a great opportunity for someone with leasing or sales experience who enjoys working with people and staying active throughout the day.

Responsibilities:
Show available apartments to prospective residents
Convert leads into signed leases
Follow up with prospects by phone, email, and text
Help maintain high occupancy across multiple properties
Travel between properties for showings (company business only)
Provide excellent customer service throughout the leasing process
- Other functions as assigned by the Community Manager.
Qualifications:
Leasing experience or sales experience (required)
Valid driver’s license and ability to drive between properties
Strong communication and persuasion skills
Organized, reliable, and goal-driven
Comfortable working with the public and meeting leasing targets
- Available to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends as needed.
Physical Requirements: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to walk; sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel and talk or hear. The employee is frequently required to stand; reach with hands and arms and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 10 pounds.
