Help Us Redefine Mental Health Care

At Elevate Minds Psychiatry, we believe exceptional mental health care begins by understanding the whole person—not simply treating a diagnosis. We're building a team of clinicians who are passionate about making a meaningful difference in the lives of the individuals and families they serve. If you believe therapy should be compassionate, individualized, evidence-based, and rooted in genuine human connection, you'll feel at home here. Our providers are encouraged to think critically, ask deeper questions, collaborate with one another, and continue growing professionally. We value curiosity over assumptions, collaboration over isolation, and meaningful patient relationships over productivity quotas. If you're looking for more than just another therapy position and want to join a practice where your clinical judgment is respected, your growth is supported, and your work truly matters, we'd love to meet you.

Who We're Looking

For We're seeking a Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LPC, LPC-MH, LCSW, or LMFT) or Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) who believes that great therapy begins with genuine curiosity. Our ideal clinician looks beyond symptoms to understand the whole person—their experiences, relationships, strengths, values, and the many factors that contribute to their mental health. We value clinicians who enjoy asking deeper questions, collaborating with colleagues, and providing thoughtful, individualized care rather than relying on a one-size-fits-all approach. We believe the best clinicians never stop learning. We're looking for someone who is compassionate, clinically curious, open to new ideas, and committed to personal and professional growth. If you enjoy working alongside a collaborative team while maintaining autonomy, you'll thrive at Elevate Minds Psychiatry.
