Boys & Girls Club of the Northern Plains is looking for a Licensing Program Director to lead our licensed programs in Vermillion, SD — and we want someone who shows up with heart, experience, and a whole lot of energy.
You’ll be the leader of the Club’s licensed programs — the person who makes sure everything runs well, staff are supported, families feel seen, and kids are thriving. Here’s a look at what that means day to day:
Monday – Friday, year-round:
Occasional evenings or weekends may be needed for special events, trainings, or family engagement activities.
To meet South Dakota Child Care Licensing qualifications as a Program Administrator, you must meet at least one of the following:
Must be of the mental and physical capacity to observe, interact, and communicate with youth, staff, volunteers, and parents to ensure safety of the space and others, provide guidance and reflection per the Club priority outcomes and goals.
