Life Enrichment Coordinator - Full Time
Creates and develops a planned program to exercise the mind and body. Will provide activities that meet the participant's social, physical, spiritual, and nutritional needs. Facilitates person-centered activities to complement the uniqueness of each participant to promote and enhance their quality of life. In coordination with the Nurse Manager and Assistant Program Director, the Life Enrichment Coordinator will interview, schedule, and supervise the activity of students and volunteers, be able to motivate participants/staff/volunteers and assist with ADL's. The candidate for this position will possess strong leadership skills, the ability to oversee, coordinate and delegate staff to lead groups and activities as necessary and have excellent verbal and written communication skills. Should possess knowledge of the aging process and diseases associated with the senior population and be able to perform the duties of the position with limited supervision. A great attitude and strong customer service orientation is a must! Job: Full-time, Monday thru Friday
