Job Description
BGreen SodBusters is looking for a friendly, organized, detail-oriented Lifestyle Sales Associate! This person is responsible for building long-lasting relationships with contractors and homeowners in order to ensure a positive costumer experience. You will be bringing the fun to outdoor living by offering sod, sprinkler, landscaping, hot tub and pool products to both commercial and homeowner clients. Experience in sales of high ticket items is preferred. Must work well under pressure being able to meet deadlines while remaining flexible.
Job Requirements
Sales & Prospecting. Finding new clients utilizing social media, site visits, networking, following up on leads and assisting walk in traffic.
Relationship Building. Meet with clients to identify needs, assist in project design and providing timely estimates utilizing blue prints and customer input. QuickBooks experience is helpful.
Project oversight. Communicate with clients and Operations to ensure deadlines are met, quality standards are maintained, resolving issues and managing customer expectations.
Excellent communication skills with a proven record of being able to close a deal, have strong time management skills, a valid drivers license, problem solving, self motivation and a professional appearance are required.
