The role entails collaborating with Chef Bryan Moscatello and ensuring compliance with safety and hygiene standards.

Job Requirements
Proficiency in culinary techniques such as food preparation, grilling, baking, and plating

Strong time management and organizational skills for working in a high-paced kitchen environment

Knowledge of food safety standards and hygiene protocols

Teamwork and communication skills to effectively collaborate with other kitchen staff

Experience in managing a specific kitchen station or similar role

Passion for excellence in cuisine and a creative approach to plating and menu planning
