Role Overview:
Responsible to serve the needs of customers through face to face interaction and phone calls at Hardscapes Outlet. They must be able to sell or offer advice on available products and ticket/ weigh customers in a timely manner. This position will also require equipment operating on a time-to-time basis when called upon. This position will work out of all Hardscapes Outlet locations and will be a versatile back up to all of our operations.
This is a seasonal position, you can use your winters off to travel, hunt, fish or for other activities you enjoy while your benefits continue year round.
Minimum Qualifications:
To be successful in this position, you will need:
- One year of college or technical school coursework in Landscaping program preferred; or three to six months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience, but not required.
- Must be able to communicate effectively.
- Ensure OSHA, DOT, EPA, DNR, MSHA, Federal, State, and Local safety and environmental regulation compliance including attending training.
Typical hours are M-F 7am-5pm. 2-3 Saturdays per month from 8am-noon.
